The ACR II Access Card Reader is a rugged, multi-purpose access control device designed to communicate directly with terminal automation systems to provide card access at indoor and outdoor access control points. This device provides increased security where you need it most.
Problem
Security is acutely important in facilities that contain high-value liquids. Facility managers want their security measures to be integrated with their terminal automation system for more efficient monitoring and control.
Solution
The ACR II reads and sends data from a proximity card to the terminal automation system, such as TMS, to open a gate or door at the access point. The automation system also monitors digital inputs and can give visual and audio indications through the ACR.
