Standard Firmware Manual

New Features / Changes:

  • No new features added.

Bug Fixes:

  • Manual control of simulated of discrete inputs over port 7.
  • ML automated reports (monthly reports) occur every 60 seconds when NTP was enabled. Time zone offset was being miscalculated.
  • ML automated reports (monthly reports) occur every 60 seconds when time zone not set to zero. Time functions were not properly dealing with UTC to localtime conversion when NTP was enabled.
  • Alibi Log (PTB) printers only use 7 data bits but can print several international UTF8 characters that need to be converted into <128 ascii characters (DIN 66003). Specifically, ‘Ä’ => ‘[‘, ‘Ö’ => ‘\’, ‘Ü’ => ‘]’, ‘ä’ => ‘{‘, ‘ö’ => ‘|’, ‘ü’ => ‘}’ and ‘ß’ => ‘~’.
  • Adjust Alibi Log (PTB) trace messages so they do not flood the message log when enabled.
  • When Final Trip Volume is misconfigured to a large value and product flow continues to flow past the Final Trip State, it was possible for the meter and preset totalizer to differ by a few gallons.
    • Update the Final Trip Max Time parameter to raise a *FINAL TRIP Alarm if the Flow Rate does not drop to zero within this time when the Final Trip state is entered.
    • The Final Trip Max Time will no longer cause Final Trip state to end if flow is still occurring. Flow MUST stop to leave this state. This will prevent ending a batch/transaction, starting the next component in a blend or clearing a meter total until all flow has stopped.
  • If a meter clear occurred when flow was occurring, it was possible for component meter and batch totals to differ by a fraction of one gallon. Calculations are now identical for these two totals.
  • Component Status Screen some data fields may initially/briefly appear as ######.
  • For LACT applications using the Water Cut Calculations, Temperature value was corrupted if the meter total was cleared.
  • Network driver RX buffer memory misalignment causing random network loss.

  • bol_header_index in LUA was not being properly calculated when ML started to delete the oldest transactions to make room for newer transactions and caused an “attempt to index a nul value” LUA error. Note: Referencing transactions over the Rest API directly with the Bol Number does not work. Instead first read the transaction at #1, then calculate the new index by (BOL Number + 9999 – BOL Number of #1) % 9999.
