Toptech developed a loading scheme using the SCS and UAP to duplicate loading operation procedures already in place so there was minimal, if any, interruption to existing driver loading prompts. They worked closely with various contractors and Crestwood representatives from engineering, I&E, measurement, and operations to ensure everything was smoothly integrated. In addition, Toptech representatives made two trips to Keene, ND to support commissioning, offering exceptional customer service from beginning to end.
The first load was delivered to the UAP database on February 4, 2015. With this new setup, when a driver arrives to load at the skid, an electronic pick-list of producers is presented on the MultiLoad II SCS, eliminating the paper placards of producer “codes” previously taped to a preset. Toptech also developed custom automated daily reports to Crestwood’s accounting and admin groups. Crestwood Midstream is very pleased with the solution and has plans to implement the MultiLoad II SCS and UAP in two more skids over the next few months.
